Before initiating credit education and document processing services, you will sign an agreement with the client along with the following: Credit service agreement Authorization for credit repair action Consumer credit file rights (CROA Disclosure) Notice of right of cancellation
The services we provide may include
Preparation of documents and credit education. We will evaluate your current credit reports as listed by the appropriate credit reporting agencies and work with you to identify incorrect, erroneous, false or outdated information. You will choose what elements you would like to dispute. We will advise you on the steps to follow to dispute any incorrect, erroneous, false or outdated information contained in your credit reports. We will prepare all necessary correspondence in the dispute of incorrect, erroneous, false or outdated information in your credit reports. You will send us your correspondence received from the credit reporting agencies and we will help you to correspond with those agencies. The services of consulting, coaching and monitoring are carried out through personal meetings, webinars, videoconferences, telephone, email or any other form of communication during normal business hours.
In return, for the services mentioned above, you agree to pay the fees as described in your contract with the customer. You have the right to cancel your contract for any reason within 3 business days from the date you signed it. Simply send a written notice as described in your contract with the client.
It is understood that we offer credit information. We do everything possible to ensure the accuracy of the information and to clearly explain your options.
